The new IEEE 1500 standard addresses the specific challenges that come with testing deeply embedded reusable cores supplied by diverse providers. This paper presents an integrated environment that checks whether an IP core is 1500-Compliant or not. The environment assists IP core provider by automatic synthesizing a 1500-Compliant wrapper and the related CTL file.
